§ Pricing three plans · annual billing · 100% deductible

Three plans. Plain English. No add-ons.

Each plan is a fixed annual fee that includes design, build, hosting, security, monitoring, and ongoing engineering capacity. There is no separate setup, license, or per-seat charge. Move up a tier when your business does.

§ A note on accounting

Every dollar you pay us is a 100% deduction in the year you pay it.

When you commission custom software from a developer, the IRS treats the code as a capital asset — you have to amortize it over 3 – 5 years. Our service is an operating expense. There's nothing on your balance sheet to depreciate, because you don't own a software asset — you have a service contract.

§ FAQ

Honest answers to the questions everyone asks.

Q.What if I outgrow my plan?

You move up. We'll tell you it's time before you ask. There's no contract penalty for upgrading mid-year — the new fee is prorated.

Q.Do I own the code?

No — and that's the point. We own and operate the code; you have a perpetual license to use it as long as you're a client. This is what keeps it a service expense (and 100% deductible). On exit, we provide a clean export and 60 days of transition support.

Q.What about my data?

Your data is yours, always. We export it on request in standard formats — Postgres dump, CSV, JSON — within 24 hours, free, anytime.

Q.Is there a setup fee?

No. The first year's fee includes design, build, and migration. That's the whole point of a flat plan.

Q.What if I need something nobody else builds?

That's usually a Platform conversation. Book a call — if it's scoped, we'll quote it inside the plan; if not, we'll say so.

Q.Why annual billing?

Because building software well takes longer than a month, and we won't take a client we can't ship for. Annual billing is also why we can hold the line on price — no enterprise sales tax baked in.
